Registration is…

Registration is now due for the coming year, draughts and chess training starts back on Wednesday 17th October @ 6.15.  Table tennis training Friday 12th at 6.15 for u10 boys and girls, 7-8 for u13 boys and girls, 8-9 for u16 boys and girls, hope to see you all there!

Swimming

Registration is now due for swimming A competition which is coming up in June.  This is open to all children aged 8 – 16 boys and girls.  There is a relay team event for u13 and u16, boys and girls.  It takes place on June 17th at Askeaton pool at 3pm.

Athletics

We held our very successful field evening last Friday May 11th.  We were blessed with a dry evening and had a great turn out of children and parents.  There was great spirit of friendly rivalry throughout the evening and everychild went home with a medal.  Our thanks to Kevin at Super Value for sponsoring refreshments,  Askeaton Credit Union for sponsoring the medals  and to Tony Prendeville for presenting the medals, to Pat Walsh for the sound system and to everybody else who helped on the night.  All the results of our field evening can be found in the results section.
